Service Terms & Client Risk Agreement

Section A: Digital Marketing & Fulfillment

All campaigns executed by The Viral Kids constitute digital ad spend, curator pitching, and custom fan-acquisition marketing. Delivery windows begin upon ad campaign approval and track submission.

Section B: Client Warranty & Pre-Existing Bot History (Risk Clause)

Pre-Existing Account History: The Client warrants that the submitted track has no prior history of artificial stream manipulation, bot usage, or fraudulent playlist purchases prior to launching a campaign with The Viral Kids. If a track is currently under Spotify review, flagged, or suppressed due to prior third-party actions or previous bot purchases made by the Client, The Viral Kids is not liable for existing algorithmic suppression or platform penalties.

Section C: Refund Policy

Because digital ad spend and playlist submission fees begin immediately upon order processing, all sales are final once a campaign has been launched.
